Lie on your back, bend the knees and place your arms or shoulders into the 2nd or 3rd loop. Take the 4th loop of each side of the yogue and place them around the feet. Let the knees fall to the side and the sole or the feet facing each other. Relax the arms on the inside of the knees or bring hand together in front of the chest and place elbows in the inside of the thighs. Stay in the pose 3 to 5 breaths. Slowly increase the duration.
Variation: Combine the 1st two loops to one and place it over the feet. Choose right loop for you around the shoulders or arms.
Suggestion: Transition into Happy Baby pose, by turning sole of the feet towards the sky, knees bend in 45 degree angle.
