Stand or sit in a comfortable position. Beginners: Pace one arm in the first loop and other arm into the second or third loop. Inhale, reach the arms up, and extend them along your ears. Do not strain, go easy! Advanced: Both arms into one loop.
On the inhale, elongate the spine. Exhale, and lean into the Yogue. Feel the support of the strap. Take 5 to 8 breaths, and then slowly lower the arms. Relax the shoulders. Close your eyes, and notice the benefits.
