Lie on the back, bend the knees and place each foot into the center loops. Place the outer loops around the shoulders or upper arms.
Variations: 1. Place the feet into the second loops. If you are more flexible, place the feet into the third loops. 2. Place the feet into the outer loops and the arms into the center loops.
